What difference does the looks of the wine rack make. Your visitors to your wine cellar won’t be looking at the rack, they will be studying the extent of your collection of wines. Don’t worry about the appearance of the rack.

Having said that I bought a wine rack from IKEA that looks nice and It does show off my collection well.
