Anyone who is drinking wine will need a wine glass – that goes for the bridal party or the general guests.
But if you are not serving wine, only doing a champagne toast for you and your husband, no one else needs a wine glass. Two champagne flutes for you two will do.

I would assume anyone that is drinking wine will need a wine glass. But if you are serving wine out of regular cups you and your bridal party should have wine glasses for the wine toast.

Well if you are having a toast, then EVERYONE will need a glass! Whether they drink wine or Coke is up to them, but you should have plenty of wine glasses on hand.

all the guests will need wine glasses. and everyone should be served wine. if you just want to put 1 bottle of white and 1 bottle of red on each table, that will be fine. make sure the bottles are corked before the meal is served- your caterer can probably do that for you.
the bride and groom usually do a champagne toast when the cake is cut so you’ll need champagne flutes for the 2 of you in additon to your wine glasses. but you don’t need to supply champagne for the rest of the guests.

if you need to provide wine glasses for everyone for a toast, consider the plastic ones you can get at a place like party city

If you have wine it should be served in wine glasses and everyone including the wedding party should have one. What were you gonna use, dixie cups?

You don’t necessarily need to give everyone a wine glass, especially if you’re going to be outdoors. When it’s time for the toast, people can toast with whatever they’re holding. Just keep in mind that a blue Solo cup is not exactly a lovely accessory when your friends are toasting you.

I would give everyone a wine glass or before you know it you see Aunt Mary swigging it from the bottle!!
