What type of alcohol is a Wine Cooler considered for the purposes of a Liquor License. Spirit? Wine? Other?

Wine cooling,Trying to find out which type of Liquor License is needed to sell a Wine Cooler in a bar. I am in Ohio.

    you are only selling wine coolers? wow, not much business there…anyway, wine coolers are flavored beers. they have about a 5% alcohol content.

    As long as it is clearly labeled wine cooler–a wine license. Be careful some are made of malt liquor or even vodka or other hard liquors.

    that should need a type 75 in ohio. it would be considered a beer/wine permit. take into consideration if you will be serving food or not, that will also play a role in which lic. you will need.

    wine license. In most states you will require a beer and wine license.

    if you have to ask just give me the money to buy a bar, or whatever u want to bye, and i will run it, because if you don’t know that answer, then you are going to0 have lots of trouble answering the questions ABC is going to ask you to apply for the license. bartending since 1982
