Wine cooling,Have a 40 bottle Jen Air Wine cooler with no manual but does have a tempurate control, just don’t know what temp is proper to control white wines. Any input from any Wine Enthusiast?

Storage temperature is about the wine, not the cooler. Different wines might be happier at different temperatures but if you ask most anyone associated with wine, from collector to so-called expert, they will most likely tell you that the ideal storage temperature is 55° to 60°F.
