Wine cooling,I am trying to purchase a wine cooler for my dad for Father’s Day. I have looked at every size, brand, model you can think of, but I’m still not sure which is best. I think he has mostly red wines, but I want him to be able to store the white wine at the same time. I also want it to hold at least 28 bottles. If you have any suggestions on a brand and model, please help me!!
Sorry, I needed to be more clear…I don’t mean wine cooler like the drink. I mean wine cooler as in the appliance.
Thanks anyway!

Check out the websites for IWA (Int’l Wine Association) or http://www.superprod.com. I know both of them have them. I know IWA had coolers that can store both reds and whites at the right temp at the same time. And it’s a reputable place. Tru is a good brand name. So is Delfield.

I’ve heard you should avoid Danby. Haier and Vinotemp are more trusted and Eurocave is the premium brand.

Okay when you say wine cooler . . . you actually mean the cooler, NOT the wine cooler – like Parrot Bay?

Make your own it is cheaper and taste just as good. Use 7up or sprite and your favorite white or blush wine 1/2 and 1/2. You can add some lime or other fruit have fun!!

Jenn-Air makes the best, and has great customer service. I have had all of the brands at one time or another, but will only buy Jenn-Air brands from now on.
I’ve attached a link that you might like/might be of interest to you.

Very nice Father’s Day gift, by the way.
