    Hi.

Here are some types of tea:
-Black tea – tea leaves undergo withering and full oxidation process which result to dark brown and black leaves. This kind of tea is considered to be more robust and have higher caffeine content than other teas.
-Green tea – tea leaves are slightly withered and rapidly heated to produce teas that have lower caffeine and more subtle flavors. This kind of tea produces a greenish-gold drink.
-Oolong tea – also known as wulong tea; tea leaves are partially oxidized which produce a drink that has caffeine content between that of black teas and green teas. This kind of tea produces a drink that is extremely fragrant which can be compared to fresh flowers or fresh fruits.

    Preparation with wine:
    * Strong cheese – can be paired with Beaujolais, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet, Zinfandel, or Port
    * Appetizers – a red wine exemption; can be paired with Beaujolais
    * Pasta with red sauce – can be paired with Beaujolais, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet, or Zinfandel
    * Poultry – a red wine exemption; can be paired with Beaujolais
    * Pork – can be paired with Beaujolais or Pinot Noir
    * Beef – can be paired with Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet, or Zinfandel
    * Chocolate – can be paired with Merlot, Cabernet, or Port

    Bon appetit.

    MG
