I’m attending a small dinner party and have been asked to pick out some nice drinks. The main course is Greek Chicken, and I’m pretty sure that this is Chicken with a Lemon juice marinade and typically has garlic, and other spices. While wine wasn’t specifically requested, I thought it would be a naturally good choice, but I’m not sure what type of wine to bring. Any suggestions for types of good wine (or other drinks, preferably alcoholic) would be appreciated!

Yes you would be correct in picking out a white wine for this dish because chicken will be overpowered by the tannins in the red wine and also citrus flavors do not pair well with reds. Try any of the following: Chablis, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay.
You could also buy yourself a tin cocktail shaker and a jigger (alcohol measurer) for around $10 and bring a couple bottles of booze and mix up some martinis. Drink recipes are easily found online. Try drinksmixer.com

MD20/20 or Boone’s farm strawberry wine or just get Ouzo!

A Sauvignon Blanc would definitely pick up the lemon flavor. And I think a dry rosé or a rosé Champagne would be delicious and festive with the chicken.
You couldn’t go wrong with Ouzo with any Greek food – just make sure there is plenty of ice available.
For a non-alcoholic drink, how about lemonade mixed with sparkling water?
