Wine Temperature,Ok, I dont have money for a wine refridgerator, so is it ok for me to store my red wines and white wine and room temperature? Also, how about a bottle of Scotch aged 15?

Keep them in a closet out of the light, which is the worst enemy for wine, white or red. The closet will also keep the temperature from fluctuating, which is another deadly enemy of wine. And yes, do store them on their side so the corks do not dry out. With regard to the whisky, you can store it anywhere in a room except on a window sill or a radiator cover, unless you like your whisky hot. Seriously, whisky is impervious to any climatic change because the aging process is already done and the alcohol is sufficiently high enough to stay chemically in balance so taste and color will not change.

It is better to store it at room temp than at refrigerator near freezing. Store the bottles on the side to keep the cork moist, and chill them slightly just before serving.
