Wine storage,My mother have in her refrigerator SEVERAL remaining unopened bottles of wine that were not used in a party and the bottles are now occupying needed space of her fridge. Since we don’t usually drink we don’t know if its okay to leave them at room temperature after being in the refrigerator.

From a quality perspective, it is not a good idea to let the temperature go back and forth like that. They won’t spoil, but the quality will suffer a little bit each time they’re chilled and then allowed to go back to room temp.

They’ll be ok so long as you don’t put them in a hot room. The slower you can increase their temperature the better, put them in a cool place (basement) to come up to temperature.
