    Yeah it is safe to drink that cooler man. An old wine cooler will not usually lose its alcohol content. In fact if it were it would be due to the formation of acetic acid and this in very unlikely. I can find nothing to worry about from the ingredients of a wine cooler. At worst it will tastes very bad and even moldy. Some allergic reaction can occur for certain sensitive people.

    unsafe due to the ingredients, most of them taste like alcohol fermented sugar.

    If it’s in the unopened bottle, the only likely change will be the taste. The alcohol % change will be neglible, if any. If it’s been opened, the alcohol will slowly evaporate faster than the rest.
