Wine cooling,I would like to know home brewing techniques, flavors I can add, and where to buy materials to do this.
I am trying to brew a Matilda Bay wine cooler copy-cat. Can you give me any tips, flavors to try, etc?

You cannot ‘brew’ a wine. Wine is fermented. I’d suggest you do some reading about beers and wines to learn what’s really involved before you jump into it.
