It wont. The suspension isnt rated to hold that much weight.
The blue ones and white ones wont either.

probably about the same. No more than 30MPH
top speed depends mainly on wind resistance, so it shouldn’t change much for you.
It will accelerate faster for you than for him though

Unless the man’s weight is enough to keep it from hitting the governor no difference.
If it can’t get to top speed because of his weight then you might go 2-5 mph faster.
Air resistance isn’t a factor until you get to the 50 mph and above speed ranges
