Wine Glasses,Just opened a restaurant. I have been trying to wash wine glasses using Hadco soap, and it seems like it is leaving more stains on it than before I washed the damn glasses. has anyone worked in a restaurant before that can let me know a good solution to my problem.

Sounds like your water is bad. Or you need to hand dry your glasses. What is happening is that when you wash you glasses and let them air dry the water evaporates very slowly, and all the chemicals or minerals in your water cannot evaporate, thats what that white residue is. Either try a water softener, or different soap or hand dry.

Buff them dry with a soft lint-free cloth after washing. That’s what the wineries and tasting rooms do around here. It’s a somewhat tedious job, but the glasses have to sparkling clean.
