Can wine ever be aged to much?
I’ve seen documenteries where the found wine on old ships at the bottom of the ocean, but that wine had been contaminated anyways. So what if a vineyard today stored a good bottle of wine and kept it in the right conditions. After say 200 years would it be the best wine ever? Or loose all it’s flavor?

oh yeah. if it’s left to age for too long, it basically just turns into vinegar.
