Unbelievable collection. I am a big fan of Pinot Noir. I was wondering what you thought of Archery Summit, Domaine Drouhin, and Domaine Surene?

Dennis-great cellar- But where you won my heart over was your understanding of vintage champagne. Very Very few people understand that they are “INCREDIBLE”. A champagne doesn’t even come into its own until it has 30+ yrs under it and I know when I open them even at 40+ yrs they will be even better . My favorites are the DP’s- 69(Rose)- 69-70- 71- 73- Cristal 75– TAITTINGER 75 (Rose). I also agree that 29 45 + 61 were the best vintages. My all time favorite is the 29 Lafite.
