Wine cooling,Las Vegas & Atlantic City both have free drinks for gamblers.
I was wondering if I could request a wine cooler & also if they serve them in a bottle the way they serve beer.
(By free I do mean appropriate tips SHOULD still be given to the waitress)

Um, yes. If the casino stocks the wine coolers you want, they will serve them. In my experience, they give you the bottle, like they do with beer.
It depends on the casino. It’s just like a bar or restaurant–casinos serve different drinks, some serve Coke, and some Pepsi. Sometimes they have microbrews, sometimes they only serve macros like Miller and Bud Light. You need to ask the server what drinks the particular casinos serve.
