Yats Leisure threw its hat into the pot with their luxurious fine-dining Yats Restaurant and Wine Bar serving not only gourmet French Mediterranean cuisine prepared by English chef Philip Golding, the wine list is even more staggering, as Dutch restaurant manager Bastiaan Van de Walle explained to us. First there are several walk-in cellars. The main cellar that houses all the greatest wines dating back to the late 1890s is not open for visits without personal approval and tour-guiding by Chef and GM Golding himself. The greatest wines of Bordeaux, Burgundy, Rhone, Napa, Sauternes, Spain, Tuscany and Piedmonte are all present here not to mention the Grange too along with some 30 vintages of Dom Perignon.
