After a party we have an open box of wine (cabernet) left. What is the proper storage temperature?

We will probably drink it in the next week or so. Do we need to refrigerate it or can we leave it at room temp?

Room temperature should be fine as long as you didn’t chill it to begin with; if so just leave it in the fridge…but it shouldn’t spoil. Box wine will keep for almost a month because of the pour spout and packaging. Good Luck to you!

    You have to refrigerate it.

Sigh…box wine. Just a few more dollars for quality product.

What is the temperature at the bottom of the trash can? KIDDING…I personally would put it in the fridge…

Leave it at room temp and it should be fine. If it takes longer than a week you might consider sticking it in the fridge until you’re ready to drink it.

    Garbage cans aren’t usually refrigerated.
Just kidding. Stick it in the refrigerator and if it takes up too much room, have another party.
